LCB Ty Law
FS Erik Coleman (could be a Pro-Bowler this season in year 2, a ball-hawk)
SS John McGraw or Oliver Celestin, whoever wins the battle in TC. Although he's injury-prone (mostly because he's a hard-hitter), I'm pulling for McGraw to claim the starting job. His specialty is covering pass-receiving TE's (see Antonio Gates in two contests versus us in 2004). I'm not expecting him to shut down TonyG, but holding him to a single TD would be a good day.
Combine that with an excellent pass-rush from John Abraham and Shaun Ellis, as well as complex zone-blitzing devised by Donnie Henderson, and you've got one of the better defenses in the league.
Week 1 should be very interesting --- good luck.

The best thing you guys did in the offseason was to get rid of Paul (Cant) Hackett. Thats like 100% improvement in your offense right there.

One of the best plays Matt has ever made.
