My ex bought our son a 360 for Xmas. It has red ringed off and on for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday it ruined his Guitar Hero disc. Contacted support today and they are sending a box to return it. What a pain in the ass process that was.
What really pisses me off is they won't replace the game that their piece of shit hardware ruined. I think that is bullshit. This XBox360 lasted just over a month. On the bright side, mine is fine after a year of solid use. (Knock on wood, Rubbing the rabbits foot, praying to the gaming Gods). Ugh!
