Pistols which are hard as **** to jump into without a bridge like TRX. But that's just one example. I'm not a huge fan, but they seem to be used by people wanting an aerobic circuit type workout, clearly not bodybuilders. Mountain climbers with feet in stirrups seem like they'd be good on it. Push ups with either feet or hands in stirrups. Works stabilizers as well or would seem to.
