Djay - Exactly. This year it is the Twins, last year it was the A's, the year before the Reds..... and as I check the World Series teams for the last three years - I see not a solitary Small Market team in the game.

While a salary cap is excellent in itself, I condone a revenue sharing plan akin to the NFL as well. All TV and goods revenue (or at least a large portion of it) should go to a shared pool for all teams to benefit and insure longetivity.
