I think memes should be completely exempt...because they're funny...but probably no chance of that getting approved.

Also plenty of profanity-laced memes have been posted in the months since FilterGate and The Great GoChiefs Ban War, but no one cares...of course I avoid them since I am a respectful member of this community...
