Neither did Eli Manning, Matt Stafford, Cam Newton.

Hell, when's the last time a #1 overall QB pick busted? Like REALLY busted. I consider Sam Bradford not worth that pick at all, but I wouldn't call him a bust at all.

#1 overall QBs don't bust anymore. They just don't.
