Also, it's hard to know how bad your kid is hurt sometimes. They could have a really bad fracture and act like they're fine. Or they could have a simple "owwie" and claim they're mortally wounded...
Sounds like your pop-in-law likes a lot of grease with his food... I couldn't handle it...
