Well we will have to disagree here (a rare event!).. I just think the banner's return on investment will be so low that the money would be better spent on other avenues. If you keep changing things up, the media keeps reporting on it. "OH look, those banner guys are now doing a billboard!" "oh look those crazy billboard guys are having a {insert crazy event} to protest"
I just don't see as much coverage for "oh look, the banner is back again for the 4th week..."
