When I went to check out, the lady rang up ONE box, not FIVE along with my other items. I was in a hurry and didn't notice at the time, I just signed the visa statement and hurried out of the door to make my lunch appointment.


When I go home, I took a look at the register receipt to get some information for the warranty card of another item and noticed that the cashier had screwed up and only charged me for ONE box, not FIVE. I called the store and talked to the manager and told him I would drop in tomorrow to pay for the other four boxes tomorrow and he told me, "don't worry about it, you've been a great customer." I spent over 10k with those guys last year. I was surprised that he said that, but I wasn't going to argue about his "early Christmas gift." You can also bet your bottom dollar I will continue to buy my guns at their store.
