Then we are moving to a simplified 5/3/1 format to build your strength on the main lifts and fill in rest with accessory work.

I will get video for you on squats next Monday and Deads might be hard cause that's thursday and I fly solo on Thursdays. Maybe I'll ask one of the regulars.
