I think you're talking about something different than a bureaucracy. The leadership of this site supports his efforts 100%. You're probably talking about frustrations with flaky members of this site who say they're coming and then bail, leaving him holding the bag for the things he bought for their entertainment. I know it well and empathize. That's not bureaucratic problems.
