Moeaki is a terrific blocker and can catch (not as well as those other guys, but well).
Apart from McCoy, all those guys are lousy blockers.
You have to stop thinking of TEs in a traditional Todd Heap sense. Charlie Weis likes Tight Ends who can block and catch.
