I don't follow. Don't remember many specifics of WCW (except random memories of nWo, Sting, Goldberg, Jericho, etc.) and hardly ever watch TNA. Care to clarify?

Although I never get when guys just shrug off the title. Punk may not have a problem with what Del Rio did, but he still should want the title back.

I don't like it either, but can't really see them blowing Punk v. Mr. H's on a crap PPV like Night of Champions or Vengeance. Night of Champions usually has some ridiculous title match, I can still see them making it a fatal 4 between ADR, Rey, Cena & Punk... Least I hope so. Punk v. HHH needs to happen at Mania.
