You hire a top-notch coaching staff and draft a no-brainer at QB, and you immediately get your balls sucked for turning this into a winning team. Hell, one playoff win and not only can you stay here 20 years, you could become mayor.

Sadly, those core players are still our core players.
Tremendous cap position? Check.
Opportunity to draft a QBOTF? Check.
But we'll get another 5-tech, wait and see.
What talent we did have soiled by poor coaching? Check.
