Do you consider Young a running QB? I do not. I consider him a scrambler. For example, there weren't designed running plays for him like there are for Russell Wilson, kapernick, RGIII etc. His forty time is irrelevant in this conversation. Jake Plummer for example was a scrambler. He wasn't a running QB.
