To nitpick a little more...

Carl's wound is a liver shot, not a stomach wound like the doc said. The stomach is on the other side. Ol' Carl would be pushing up daisies (or deadish) if they got their anatomy correct.

That's a pretty big oversight considering the simplicity of the matter.
