It's wrong in both instances because 1. an adult in an authority position should never abuse that power over a minor. Also, no 13 year old is ready for marital acts with a near 30 year old, even if they tell their friends that they are indeed.
I don't blame the boy for taking what is offered, but the teacher is a pedo.

i know what this female teacher did to the 13 year old boy was a crime.
what Sandusky did to those boys at Happy Valley was horrific, but to me what the female teacher did to the 13 year old just don't sound horrific compared to the Sandusky crimes.
