Maybe the NFL should just pay reparations to every black coach in America so we can stop looking backwards all the time and instead look to the future...
The problem in the NFL isn't race, its a lack of quality coaching. The disparity in football lies between the teams that can pay big bucks for a coach and those who can't. The real problem is in college football where some schools can pay coaches competitive wages with the NFL and those who can't.
