Personally I think an entire house cleaning is in order. However, if the decision is made to keep Herm, I hope at the very least Gun and Krumrine are shown the door. If that requires an extention in herms contract to lure in good candidates, then give him an extention. Then if things don't improve next season, then still let him walk.
But if they do keep Herm.... gun and Krumrine must go. Otherwise it may not be brighter days ahead for at least another season.
