Yeah, haven't been in them long, but so far I really like my 30's. About all I can't do as well as the 20 yr olds is drink, and even then I can generally hang with them, it just hurts much more the next day.
I've fallen off a little athletically, but less in performance and more in recovery. I seem to constantly have a tweak in my ankle, knee, shoulder, etc... And they're getting worse; I tore my labrum last year and sprained my MCL this year. Sooner or later they'll be things I can't play through anymore.
On the flip side, I've don't ever have to worry about how I'll pay for the bars, ballgames, etc.... and I don't have to worry about asking for time off. If I want to go do something, I at 2 on a Thursday, I just go do it. I don't live in a shitty little duplex anymore and I actually have some liquidity to blow should I decide I want to.
Chin up, Quicksilver - your 30s (at least your early 30s) are pretty badass.
