Which ones?
I haven't been really slowed down by any of them besides the ones I go back and try to get the gold on. Some of those start to piss me off. Especially the raid on the Trailer Park trying to get "No Survivors." One of them always gets away before I can finish him off. Its bad enough that it has a time limit, I have to hit 12 headshots, and have no body armor against an assload of guys to boot, but then they always take off when Im far away from them and at least one always freakin gets away.
