I drove drunk alot. Fast as hell, too. But I never wore it as a badge of honor. It's something kids do because they're stupid, thoughtless and irresponsible. Mostly you grow out of it. Unless you die or are just a complete fucking loser. Hopefully if you do die you won't take anybody else with you.
There is certainly a great deal of hypocrasy going on in this thread. But you're just flat out being a dick, too.
