I did get out one afternoon last week for about an hour onto a local urban stream that's 5 minutes from my house. Caught about 10 little pumpkinseeds on my 4 wt. using a soft hackle.

Hey, at least you were able to make it out bud. I would kill for one hour of fishable stream waters about now. This is the first year since 1998 this area is above average precip, which is great for the farmers, but is also raising water levels. Combine that with melting snow in the high country and it's not looking good for the foreseeable future in the fishing department. I may have to hit a lake just to try to get something done.
