Fans can exercise control in two ways: by deciding to attend/watch games, and by communicating their relative satisfaction through forms of media.
It's obvious that Missouri fans have been vocal and vociferous (not to mention correct) in their excoriation of Haith, who is a tactical buffoon and a leader that commands no respect. They've also started largely avoiding the games.
Why should fans choose to attend games if the product is so horrendous?
For someone who crows incessantly about all the good things that the soccer team in Kansas City does, you sure don't seem to be able to apply or understand those concepts in any meaningful fashion.
