True ... why could he just use the I'm staying a virgin until i'm married for religious reasons. It would fit right in at Notre Dame and then he could just occasionally go out with a "friend" that's a girl and not worry about it.
Maybe the girls still insisted on kissing him and all that ewwwwy stuff.
I don't know ... maybe he's not gay and just enjoyed all the attention and sympathy he got.
