I've been smoke free from Feb 8 this year, but all I want to do is eat.
I can't get enough ice cream either. I feel like I'm getting fat now.
Is this eating habit normal for people who quit smoking?
Even when I feel full I want to eat more. I've made myself puke by eating too much. Am still happier I quit smoking and don't have a craving so much I just can't help but want to eat all the time.
