Definitely not at the Microsoft store I went to and played the one and all the released games for about 4 hours and they were set up on tables with open space and no where they could have possibly run this setup. Plus, I employees would switch out games for you as you wanted right in front of me and everyone else.
It was one of the "Experience" stores so they had tons of setups and every one that pretty much wanted to play while waiting around til midnight had an opportunity to hop on one of the tons of setups.
Maybe they set this up due to inventory as a temporary fix until demand dies down at some dinky retail outlets, but this definitely is not how they're even set up at one of Microsoft's 9 biggest and best marquee stores- if they were really trying to hype it by being sneaky.
EDIT: Looks like these are dated photos and would have been from when the console was still in beta, so the setups are simply for demo of game play while being finalized and even available.
