Lots of talent today. Coaches are having a hard time making them into teams nowadays though. I sound old, but I think it's a generation thing. As crazy as it sounds, I think the egos are even more out of control now than ever making it harder for coaches. A lot more kids coming into the league now that aren't ready plays a part in that (thanks to the one and done, not all are like that though, but heck most don't even make it in the league 5 years).
