What I don't understand is why only 25mil reward for his capture. We are talking about the most wanted man in the world. Why not bump the reward up to 1 billion? You would think that the amount of money that has already been spent on the WoT, that 1 billion would be a drop in the bucket.
25mil isn't going to convince anyone to turn him over. How long does one think they can hide with only 25mil? 1Bn? Ahhh... now that's the kind of money that can make anyone disapear from the face of the earth, forever.
