DHS is very boldly pointing a gun right at the face of the American public and yet nothing is happening. There's a minimum of 3 problems with this purchase:
1. the huge quantity
2. the caliber (.40S&W, not standard 9mm)
3. hollow point
These 3 issues alone should be raising a red flag but nope, no one is doing crap about it.
