Like most of your posts, this is completely inaccurate.
Texass generates 44% more AD revenue than the next closest team in the Big 12 (SEC has five schools over $100MM, but are within $20MM of each other). It generates over twice as much third tier revenue from its network than anyone else in the conference does on third tier (SEC is set to share proceeds from its billion dollar SEC Network). The state of Texass is by far the biggest supplier of football players to the conference (Florida and Georgia provide more talent to the SEC than Alabama). Of the Big 12's bowl tie-ins, half are located in Texass (one SEC bowl is located in Alabama and it is the worst one).
The disparity between Texass and the rest of the Big 12 is as big as the grand canyon. There is no one in the SEC that holds that much dominance over the rest of the conference.
