It is both, the refs are not blowing the whistle five times now when forward movement was initially stopped.
Then outside of the goalline, our front guys are whiffing.. We have let fitz escape six or seven times that should be sacks..
Then alex smith, is finally playing like the QB I was afraid of.
Seems the Chiefs are going to have to win the turnover battle every game to survive..
