his mentality? Jesus christ. What do you know about his mentality? I sure as shit don't know anything about his mentality so I don't see how you could, unless you know him personally?
As to whether or not he could have stepped up - he couldn't - but it's clearly a point that is an impasse at best as I can't make you un-blind. So I am stepping away from that point. I have watched nearly every Geno game this year (and more than once if you count rewatching every snap youtubes.) I can tell you he has good pocket awareness.
