Well said. True leaders don't make excuses. They find ways to win. And if winning is the ultimate goal, you will pay any price to win.
I'm not a huge Glass critic because I'm pleased with the progress of this franchise and the willingness to spend money on draft picks, Latin talent, etc. But I sure would have loved to have seen him respond with some righteous indignation about carving out the "Royals Way" to a title, not tuck tail and walk away like a little bitch.
