I liked Starbuck's exit too ... a bit Christ-like. I'd read that Ron Moore was a big fan of how the Sopranos ended so I was a bit worried, but Starbuck's "resurrection" and then "ascension" works for me.
Overall I give it an A-. That all of them (human and skinjob) would decide to scrap their technology (much less give the centurions the base ship and bid them farewell) just isn't that believable. If nothing else, either Baltar's cult or the imprisoned mutineers could've taken a few ships and set off on a pilgrimage either to Kobol or back to the colonies. That way what's happened before really could happen again.
