Whats in it for the Rose/Pac Ten/Big Ten to change?
If OSU was not going for the National Title, Illinois would never have been considered....thats what happens with the BCS and all the different agreements that are contained. Those rules and agreements are made way in advance of anyone having any idea who will be winning in what conference.
