Just learned something HUGE...
You can set an Elective Mode which lets you pick from all your skills instead of just the ones assigned to that particular number.
If you go into your gameplay settings, and select "Elective Mode" you can place any skills anywhere...
This should help me IMMENSELY as most of my best skills are on the first number.
