IMO Gerald has every right to be "hypocritical " because he's also being incredibly consistent...

Gerald owns a company and pursues the interests of the company, regardless of nature. He wasn't in favor of brady being banned out of some sense of justice. It increased his own company's likelihood of success.
The zeke suspension is likewise not about justice (although that will be the public PC argument). It is about protecting the interests of the business.
That, my friends, is corporate America.
