Final Jeopardies are often really simple. The most difficult clues I think are the high dollar amounts in the regular rounds. They don't give you 30 seconds to come up with a correct response and they rely far more on your trivia knowledge than your skills at finding clues in the question.
Surprisingly, the hotshot dickbag New York guy didn't get it. He clearly shat his pants and guessed "What is the Spanish Inquisition?" Serves him right. Glad he's not going to play anymore.
