there's some good info/advice in here.
I'm gonna start over again Monday. Gonna do 1st month again. And I think I'm gonna pause the DVD for 10 or 15 seconds at the beginning of each break and let my heart rate come down more. From what I've read about over training....I do think this could help. I reckon a change in intake will be required as well....dang it.
One thing I wish I could figure out though...if my heart rate is supposed to be a max of 147...and if I'm pushing it into the 150's...then supposedly I won't be getting the full benefit and calorie burn... But it just seems stupid and wrong to NOT push yourself as hard as you can...that's what Shawn T tells you to do. It's a dillemma!
