sigh.....restarting started out fine....then I tweaked the crap outta my damn shoulder. I was really worried I'd torn my cuff. gave it a weeks rest and it seems OK. now this week I'm gonna ease back into it by going back to my cross bow/treadmill workout.
funny thing though...I'm not sure how or when I hurt myself. first I noticed i was hurt I was getting into a car and bam....pain. WFT!? if you can't even do jumping jacks...you can't do insanity.
I'm gonna get that damn shirt. just may take me a lot longer than I originally thought.
