There isn't much benefit to unlocking a GSM phone.

If you're sick of dealing with T-Mobile or AT&T, just order the compatible SIM from Straight Talk and pay $50/mo. No unlocking necessary and it is the EXACT same network.

I've been with them since July. No issues.
