... jailbreaking is just the first step. You have to add shit you want after you jailbreak it. You don't get the big fuss because you haven't done anything to take advantage of the jailbreak.
Read through this thread for more info. Read up on how to install and use
Winterboard. Check the Sections portion in Cydia for all the themes/add-ons/sounds/fonts/utilities you can handle.

You're not going to find many Chiefs related themes though. You'd have to create something like that. But there are unlimited options out there. Just look around in Cydia, and ask if you have any questions...
