at 38K if I was being groomed to be promoted or was the first job that I could use as a springboard o much more important job in the future then you bet.
I took a $8000 salary pay cut to enter advertising when I left my first corporate job to become a jr. writer. I was making more than the difference within 2 years, and sipping Cristal from a stripper's navel with Dane McCloud a few years after that.
