The reason Green struggled last night is because the Heat played actual defense. They've been on-and-off lazy all series long. Green got open more often than he should because a Heat defender got lazy and let Green sneak open.

Green struggled last night because they picked their poison, and it was Tim Duncan rather than Danny Green. Instead of sinking down into the post to front and double Duncan they adhered the most basic of basketball rules, don't leave a shooter, and since he isn't a guy like Allen or Reggie Miller who uses screens and movement to get his shots, and he can't create his own shot from off the dribble, he struggled.
