No doubt the Greinke deal is good for the Dodgers. I still think the Giants win the West. But wow, what a division.
On the Royals' side, I'm convinced that the best thing to do right now would be to make a deal too good to pass up for Dickey. Add a year to his contract, and we're in pretty good shape.
I mean, it would be a pretty big deal if the Royals brought the reigning N.L. Cy Young Award winner in. Along with re-signing Guthrie and bringing in Santana, I would say Mission Accomplished in improving the pitching staff.
