I completely agree that it's not just about drafting a quarterback. We also need a coach and coordinator who will help him reach his potential. Whoever coached Aaron Rodgers? Hire him. Immediately. If you have to cut every backup on our team to pay the guy $15 million a year, hire him and get him in to teach our new quarterback.
