Not looking for a leader, just some communication. With a little communication you could destroy the other teams. I've been on COD4 on both consoles and right now, 360 has tons of communication and it shows in the strategy. If you don't wear headsets you will lose. On PS3 there is hardly any communication and it is just an unorganized free-for-all. There is fun in that but if you run into just one team communicating, you are finished.
Headsets on FP would make the game even more fun. I was on with about 5 people last night with headsets on my team and we rolled the other team badly. I learned a lot too.
