you can't watch Smith and Cassel play and determine Smith is Cassel without Harbaugh.
That's bullshit.
Smith reminds me of Trent Green. Maybe not as good, but I think that's his ceiling for his next team.
Surround him with a good line and good players and he can be a good QB. Surround him with shit? He'll be shit.
Harbaugh helped Smith regain his confidence...before his injury he was playing GOOD football.
I in no way, shape or form want Alex Smith but lets not pretend he's Matt Cassel. I want GSIII just as much as the next guy.
