Your version of the events came from the followup report, which differ
greatly from the initial police report. In the initial police report she very plainly states that she was not forced into having sex with him. And the officer clearly asks her followup questions designed to get her to speak to whether or not it was force or the threat of force that led to the intercourse.
By her followup report, she does add additional details that clearly paint a worse picture. At the same time, they're odd. Does a rapist stop halfway through, put on a condom and lay on the bed while his victim looks for her pants? And look at Dixon's reaction when she laid into him - "WTF? This is crazy"
Then she jerks him off and keeps texting him and trying to be friends with him. Oh, and when talking
with him says "what kind of person has sex with someone...." And the rape kit didn't show anything arising from this one either.
I know your side of the argument is always the easy one, but there are two clear sides to this story.
I haven't spoken to the 2010 incident as I haven't looked into it. I'm not inclined to engage in guess work.
